God's Work In Our Lives
Through all the experiences of life that we're walking through, God is preparing us for glory. As a result of His chastening, we will see breakthrough.
There is a renewal occurring in our hearts. Our responsibility is to reach for God's grace as His work comes to liberate us.
Hebrews 5:7-9 says, "During the days of Jesus' life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. Although he was a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him"
Paul's prayer is my prayer for us: [That you may really come] to know - practically, through experience for yourselves - the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge (without experience); that you may be filled (through all your being) unto all the fullness of God - [that is] may have the richest measure of the Divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself!
Our calling is "Unto all the fullness of God which is nothing less than richest measure of the divine Presence, a people wholly filled and flooded with God Himself!
Wow! Ouch! Praise the Lord!
Let us pray with expectancy for our God reigns, despite how things look.
Something to think about
Hope is not the conviction that something will turn out well, but the certainty that something makes sense regardless of how it turns out
The word which God has written on the brow of every man is Hope.
Hope and fear are inseparable.
Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when dreams come true, there is life and joy. Prov. 13:12
